Mitsubishi Electric Türkiye is committed to nurturing the next generation of engineers. Since 2017, we have donated over 400 pieces of industrial automation equipment, including PLC training sets, servo drive training sets, inverter training sets, and robots, to 30 universities across Türkiye.

This investment in education has offered hands-on experience to approximately 5,000 students, equipping them with the practical skills required to thrive in today's competitive job market.

However our commitment goes beyond just equipment donations. Our engineers' teammates actively participate in workshops and conferences, sharing their expertise—particularly in factory automation systems—to support students' development. We strive to bridge the gap between academia and industry, preparing students for their professional careers.

Through these initiatives, we have witnessed a positive impact on students. Many have successfully integrated our equipment into their thesis projects, showcasing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.

By investing in Türkiye's engineering talent and providing state-of-the-art equipment, we are contributing to the nation's technological advancement and the development of a skilled workforce.
