Mitsubishi Electric Turkey Klima Sistemleri Üretim A.Ş., our air conditioning systems factory in Turkey, takes pride in its Japanese brand identity and has now decided to offer Japanese language lessons to its employees.
The Japanese course, which ran from February to September 2024, was designed to provide participants with a strong foundation in the Japanese language while promoting cultural understanding and appreciation. This unique learning opportunity aimed to enhance individual skills and improve cross-cultural communication within the company, reflecting our global perspective and core corporate values.
As a result, the 'Japanese Course Completion Ceremony' was held on 31st October 2024 at the factory, celebrating the commitment and achievements of our employees in enhancing their linguistic and cultural knowledge. This initiative underscores our ongoing dedication to supporting the personal and professional development of our workforce.
