Mitsubishi Electric Group believes that promoting and supporting cultural initiatives is essential to creating a better society. In line with this commitment, our Spanish branch sponsors "Crescendo Creamos Ópera," a program initiated by the Fundación Amigos del Teatro Real. This program is dedicated to nurturing and fostering the artistic and professional development of emerging opera talents at the start of their careers.

Launched with the core objective of enhancing the academic training of young singers, pianists, and stage direction assistants, Crescendo offers a range of activities including workshops, master classes, networking opportunities, and more. This year, the program proudly celebrated its fourth edition.

During this fourth edition, 18 artists under the age of 35 from Spain, Italy, Venezuela, Argentina, Serbia, and Kazakhstan completed their training and gained access to their first job opportunities. They performed in two productions from the current season at the Teatro Real: 'La liberazione di Ruggiero dall'isola d'Alcina' and the stage premiere of 'Tenorio.' Additionally, they took part in shows from the Real Junior program at the Real Teatro de Retiro, performed across Spain on La Carroza del Real, participated in the EmocionArte concert by the Princess of Girona Foundation, and joined in the celebration of European Music Day on the Madrid Metro, among other activities.

Pedro Ruiz, Branch President of Mitsubishi Electric Europe Spanish Branch said 'We are proud to be part of this project, supporting a new generation of artists in their first professional steps. The Crescendo project not only allows for the creation of job opportunities through different initiatives linked to the Teatro Real, but also seeks to enrich the personal experiences of these young talents to continue contributing to a better society.'
