In June, Mitsubishi Electric Europe French Branch hosted its 'Quality of Life at Work and Working Conditions Week,' an event dedicated to promoting employee well-being and creating a positive work environment.

The week began with a welcoming cocktail reception, setting the tone for a series of activities focused on wellness and relaxation. Employees had the opportunity to participate in various workshops, including hamma massages, reflexology, kokedama (the Japanese art of plant arrangement), yoga, nutrition, and stress management. Each session was designed to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and foster a healthier lifestyle.

The event was highly valued by the employees, who enjoyed the chance to explore new ways to enhance their well-being both at work and beyond. Overall, the week served as a reminder of our commitment to supporting employees' mental and physical health, reinforcing a culture of care and balance within the workplace.
